1. Waiter / Waitress

Objective – Responsibilities

  • The trainee would assist the chief and the service in restaurant in all their tasks,
  • learning all the know-how of a restaurant part of a hotel.
  • Serving and advising clients with the composition of all menu items.
  • Serving restaurant menu in accordance with laid-down standards.
  • Serving customers with a professional, efficient and courteous manner. Ensuring all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state.
  • Taking orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate. person.

 
 
 
2 Housekeeping

Objective – Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cleanliness of facility and furnishings under guidance from housekeeping supervisor;
  • Relays all pertinent information/issues/needs/ideas about cleaning to staff members as appropriate;
  • Completes all daily housekeeping rounds as instructed by housekeeping management, including special assignments such as floors, windows, and “deep cleaning” as appropriate.

 
 
 
3. Cooks

Objective – Responsibilities

  • The trainee would assist the chiefs and the service in Kitchen in all their tasks,
  • learning all the know-how of a restaurant part of a resort.
  • Collects store items as required from the main kitchen.
  • Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment and reports any repair or maintenance needed.
